Territory
This wine represents a project to enhance the most cultivated grape variety with roots in the Rubicone area of Emilia Romagna, Sangiovese.. Traces of this grape date back to 600; it is said that the name derives from the Latin Sanguis Jovis, or blood of Jupiter.
Blush Wine
The Sangiovese grapes are harvested around the first ten days of September, to then undergo a destemming and light pressing. The must is left in contact with the skins for a few hours, just what is necessary to give the rosé color to the wine . It ferments at low temperatures, and then goes to autoclave for the second fermentation. This is followed by filtration and bottling under an inert gas head, ensuring the maintenance of the perlage and the aromatic profile.
Tasting notes
B-Lush appears cherry pink with bright reflections; the nose hasfresh and floral notes with fruity hints reminiscent of cherry, blackcurrant and red apple. On the palate it emerges fresh and fruity, the mouthfeel is very enjoyable with good acidity and a very fine perlage that lengthens its pleasantness.

Roséquiri
As you may have already guessed from the title, this is not the classic Daiquiri. The Atlantico Riserva gives a modern personality to a timeless cocktail, and the B-Lush, placed in the freezer and served in cubes, is the perfect finishing touch for a post-work aperitif.

Spritz B
A small variation on the theme. If the spritz is the symbol of the Italian aperitif, with a coded color and a unique flavor, a thousand variations have been created in the territory. Spritz B adopts Campari, with two small modifications. B-Lush instead of prosecco and a hint of lavender essence.

Rosé Sangria

- 10 cl of Peruvian Pisco
- 10 cl of lemon juice
- 4 cl of cherry brandy
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 peach, juiced

The secrets for a perfect barbecue are few; they are always the same but it's good to always remember them. The triptych is: excellent friends, a sufficient quantity of bottles to quench your thirst, and a herb marinade made with all the accoutrements. For the second staple we recommend B-Lush!

According to the refined and elegant, duck is a red meat that must be pink inside.
